The students chose a colleague from the Faculty of Information Technologies as their representative

Lidija Žunić, a fourth-year student at the Faculty of Information Technologies, was elected president of the Student Parliament of "Apeiron" University at the session held on November 30 of this year.

Five students voted for Lidija, and the remaining two votes went to her opponent, Jelena Slijepčević, who also ran for president. Jelena, who is a third-year student at the Faculty of Health Sciences, was elected as the Vice-President of the Parliament.

The secretary of the Parliament is Žarko Bajić, a fourth-year student at the Faculty of Business Economics. Student representatives of all seven faculties were also elected at the session

- Last year, I ran for President of the Parliament. Unfortunately, I did not pass that position, but I was then elected as a representative of the students of the Faculty of Information Technologies. I tried to leave something behind during that period. Colleagues and I successfully organized a humanitarian action - collecting money for a family in Banja Luka, whose house burned down in a fire. Together with other members of the Parliament, we recorded a short film about covid, in which, together with the teachers who accompanied us, we tried to send important recommendations for behavior during the epidemic. Due to the complete epidemiological situation, there was not too much room for a maneuver that could bring great benefits to the students, emphasized Lidija.
