100 AUTHORS WILL SPEAK ABOUT AUTISM, KOVID, INCLUSION, SPORTS, DISABILITY AND BARRIERS AT "APEIRON"



Tomorrow the international scientific conference "Sports Sciences and Health"



"With very current topics, and one of them concerns autism and was researched by Professor Perrotta Francesco, a colleague from Italy, we are starting the thirteenth international scientific conference "Sports Sciences and Health", on March 16, online, at 10.30:10 a.m. We continue the work and presentations a day later at XNUMX a.m.," said prof. Ph.D. Velibor Srdić, president of the Organizational Committee of the Conference and dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences of "Apeiron" University.

The organizer of the scientific conference is the Pan-European University "Apeiron" Banja Luka and its members, the Faculty of Sports Sciences and the Faculty of Health Sciences.

With 46 papers, more than a hundred locals and authors from Italy, Slovenia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Spain, Serbia, Croatia, North Macedonia will participate in the conference, and in this way they will contribute to current topics in the field of sports and health.

The first speaker, prof. Ivan Prskalo, Ph.D., from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Teachers, Department of Kinesiology Education, will speak about "Modern school physical education in the function of proper growth and development of children and youth".


"There are three thematic areas of the scientific meeting - sports and health, physical education and school sports, training technology in sports and primarily deal with the connection between sports and human health. This year we are dealing with covid, inclusion, barriers of people with disabilities, recovery in sports, teachers' competencies and many other very interesting topics, said Professor Osmo Bajrić, President of the Program Committee.

For the second day of the Conference, poster presentations by students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences are planned: Sara Obradović on the topic "Articulation of the lesson", Dragana Svitlica - "Basketball in wheelchairs" and Marina Makivić, who will present the topic "Physical preparation of tennis players".


The conference was included in the ranking list of categorized meetings of the Ministry for Scientific and Technological Development, Higher Education and Information Society of the Republic of Srpska as a scientific meeting with international participation.

The co-organizers of the scientific meeting are the National Pedagogical University from Kazakhstan, the Lipetsk Pedagogical University from Russia, the Vocational School for the Education of Teachers and Trainers in Subotica, the Faculty of Sports and Tourism, Novi Sad, and the Gerlev Sports Academy, Denmark.

The conference is intended for physical education professors, sports trainers, doctors, pedagogues, psychologists, sports organizations, sports managers and other experts related to sports and health.


The Pan-European University publishes the international journal "Sports Science and Health" twice a year, which is indexed in several international citation databases, and Elsevier Scopus and Erich Plus are some of them.
