ASSISTANT PROFESSOR DOCTOR JOVANA PUŠAC MEMBER OF THE WORKING GROUP FOR DRAFTING THE NEW FAMILY ACT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

The working group for drafting the text of the new Family Law of the Republic of Srpska started its work in November of this year, and its member is Jovana Pušac, assistant professor at the Pan-European University.

The working group consists of representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, representatives of the academic community, the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska and the Notary Chamber of the Republic of Srpska, the Association of Social Workers and non-governmental organizations.

The group's work is part of a project that the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Srpska is implementing with the law faculties of the University of Banja Luka and East Sarajevo with the support of UNICEF.

Jovana Pušac at the Pan-European University is engaged in the courses of Family Law and Inheritance Law.
