DECISION ON THE JANUARY-FEBRUARY EXAMINATION PERIOD

On the basis of the Law on Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska (Sl.gl. RS 67120), the rector of the Pan-European University "Apeiron" adopts:

DECISION

about the January-February exam period

After the end of the third academic cycle of the winter semester, which lasts from December 7 to January 9, a regular exam period will be organized for the subjects covered in that cycle in two exam periods.

In addition to the deadline from Article 1 of this decision, the January-February exam period will be organized with two exam dates. The first exam period will be organized from the 18th to the 31st. January, and the second term from 1 until February 13, 2021. years.

Students are required to report taking the exam to the Student Service by January 15 for the first term, and for the second term by January 31, 2021.

Article 4

All students enrolled in the 2020/21 school year can take the January-February exam period. year:
students who are not renewing a year of study, students who are renewing a year of study and seniors.
During the exam period, students can take all subjects that have been completed by this exam period.

The condition for taking the exam for all students of the Pan-European University is to fulfill the following groups of conditions: status conditions (active student status), pedagogical conditions (the student has attended all lectures, completed all pre-examination and program obligations determined by the curriculum for the subject he is taking, the student has fulfilled all additional pedagogical conditions, if they are defined as such in the Rulebook on the Evaluation of Students' Knowledge and Achievements and in the Law on Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska), financial conditions (the student has no outstanding financial obligations to the University).

Article 6

Exam schedules for the first term will be published on the University's bulletin boards and on the University's website by January 18, 2021. year, and for the second exam period until February 1, after which students can certify student applications at the Student Service.
