GUIDELINES FOR THE PREVENTION OF SEXUAL AND GENDER-BASED HARASSMENT

At the beginning of March, the Senate of the Pan-European University "Apeiron" adopted the Guidelines for the prevention of sexual and gender-based harassment at the Pan-European University Apeiron.
The guidelines are based on the Law on Prohibition of Discrimination in BiH, the Law on Gender Equality of BiH, the Law on Higher Education of the Republika Srpska, the Labor Law of the Republika Srpska, as well as the internal acts of our University. The guidelines are the result of several months of work by a panel of judicial experts who took into account the best international practices for treating this issue.
