STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUCCESSFULLY PRESENTED AND DEFENDED TWO SCIENTIFIC THESES AT THE INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM INFOTECH – JAHORINA 2025.

Students of the Faculty of Information Technologies, Pan-European University "Apeiron", Daniel Menićanin, Jelena Radanović and Nikola Račić successfully defended two scientific papers in the field of information sciences on March 20, 2025.

The works are the result of dedicated work, a spirit of research and practical application of knowledge acquired during studies. The first work, entitled "Automation of outdated hydraulic presses", deals with the modernization of industrial equipment through modern control systems, with the aim of improving efficiency and extending the service life of machines.

Second work, "Techniques for improving network performance and data protection in LoRaWAN systems", deals with current topics in the field of IoT technologies and provides concrete solutions for improving security and performance in wireless networks.

Both papers were positively evaluated by the expert committee and will be published in the Symposium Proceedings, which represents significant recognition for the authors.

We congratulate the students on this success and worthy representation of our University. Their work, dedication, and knowledge are the best proof of the quality of education we provide, as well as an encouragement to all future generations of students to actively engage in research and scientific projects.
