SCIENTIFIC FIELDS AND NATIVITY
The Faculty of Sports Sciences is specialized in the fields of sports sciences: biological and medical foundations of sports, biomechanics and anthropomotorics, statistics, informatics and methodology in sports, pedagogy and psychology of sports and exercise, sociology, philosophy and ethics of sports, economics and management in sports, theory of sports and science of training, individual sports and sports branches, rhythmic gymnastics and dance, basic motor activities, sports recreation and activities in nature, and sports in selected target groups, as well as in secondary scientific fields studied at the Faculty, which are the basis of interdisciplinary approaches: sports medicine, sports tourism and wellness, pharmacology and toxicology, nutrition and dietetics, physical medicine and rehabilitation, sports massage, balneology.
