Student radio "Apeiron"

Student radio Apeiron" began its work in 2014 as Internet radio. It is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, from where an entertaining and educational program is broadcast 24 hours a day. The program scheme is mostly based on music lists created by an experienced music editor.

On the other hand, we perform several author's radio shows, which thematically deal with different musical genres and prominent performers, and some of them are: EX YU Jukebox, Mini Portrait, Music Globe, Sweet Soul Music, Interesting Fridays.

The modernly equipped radio studio provides excellent support for the performance of practical classes on selected multimedia subjects in which digital sound plays an important role. Then the radio studio becomes a kind of music laboratory where students master the techniques of collecting, processing and publishing digital sound formats in an interesting and creative way.

Student Radio Apeiron

In special cases, the radio studio is used to perform practical exercises in simultaneous translation, where students of the Faculty of Philology, using professional audio equipment, study translation techniques in real time, with the possibility of recording and listening to recorded materials. In controlled conditions, audio books are also recorded, which are intended for students who use the distance learning system.
