ALEKSIĆ, Siniša, lawyer, assistant professor (December 2, 1955, Mrkonjić Grad). - In Banja Luka, he completed elementary school, the School of Economics (1974) and the Faculty of Law (1980). He worked at the "Sintetik" rubber factory in Banja Luka, where he was also the director of the legal, personnel and general affairs department. He passed the bar exam in Belgrade in 1990, and then worked as a lawyer, was a deputy military prosecutor at the Banja Luka Military Prosecutor's Office and a lecturer at the "Rajko Balać" military school center. He obtained his master's degree in 2008 with the defense of the thesis Constitutionality and legality and the rule of law in BiH, and his doctorate in 2016 with the defense of the thesis Economic and social rights and their realization and protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of "Apeiron" University, of which he is a co-founder and co-owner. (since 2003, he has been the director of the Faculty of Business Economics, and later of the Pan-European University "Apeiron". At the Faculty of Law, he was a senior assistant in the Constitutional Law course (2008-2016). In December 2016, he was elected to the position of assistant professor in narrower fields Constitutional Law and Business Law and the Law of Business Companies.MOST IMPORTANT WORKS: Medical-ecological importance of nutrition in the system of quality of the living environment (co-author), Research and development 28-29, Kruševac 2008; Environmental security in the postmodern environment and decision-making in crisis situations (co-author) " Damage compensation and insurance - contemporary challenges", Belgrade 2008, 6-2016. He is a member of the editorial board of JITA (Journal of Informational Technology and Applications), Quality Of Life, Sports Sciences and Health, Yearbook of the Faculty of Law, "Economy and Market Communication Review - Journal of economics and market communication. He is a member of the board of international scientific conferences: ITeO - Information technologies for e-education, EDASOL - international scientific conference on economic development and living standards, Sports sciences and health, New and traditional in translation studies and teaching Russian as a foreign language.

LJUBIŠA Tomić was born in 1975 in Doboj. He graduated from the Mathematical-Physical-Computer High School in Doboj in 1994. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka in 2001. At the Pan-European University, he was enrolled in postgraduate studies, narrower scientific field of Management, with a focus of studies in the field of project management. In the period 1999-2000. years, he worked at Pro Credit Bank in Banja Luka as a credit analyzer. In the company "ELING-INŽINJERING" from Teslić, he worked as a salesman and in the tasks of introducing the quality system according to ISO standards 9001:2000 (2001-2002). In the period 2002-2006. years he worked in the organization Deutsche-Bosnisch-Herzegowinische-Gesellschaft as a credit analyzer and as a member of the project team. He has been working at the Pan-European University "APEIRON" since the establishment of the institution as an assistant director of the University of Economics and Finance and is a member of the Board of Directors. At the institution, he performs managerial tasks in the domain of strategic financial management and marketing. He also actively participates in activities in the domain of quality system management, development strategies, management of the institution's information system, as well as in the development and implementation of the institution's internal projects. Specialties: financial management, marketing management, investment management, project management, financial analysis, determination of creditworthiness and credit risk analysis, market risk analysis, marketing strategies, business plans, investment projects.

Elveldina Tatarević, B.Sc. is assistant director for legal affairs since 2022. She was elected as the general secretary of the Rector's Conference of the Republic of Srpska for a two-year term starting in October 2022. She finished her basic studies in 2007. at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the University/University Knight of the Year. She is enrolled in the Master's studies of the Pan-European University in the narrower scientific field of Administrative Law with a focus on administrative-legal aspects of quality assurance in higher education. In the period from 2000 to 2006, she worked in the organization GESO (Gesellschaft für die Entwicklung Südosteuropa) as a coordinator for the development and implementation of projects and a translator into German. Since 2006, she has been engaged in the field of higher education, first as head of student and teaching services, and since 2008 as assistant rector for teaching and student affairs at Vitez University. In the period from 2015 to 2022, she worked as the head of the Center for Career Guidance and acting head of the Center for Quality Assurance at the Pan-European University Apeiron. She trained professionally in the field of quality assurance in higher education as a participant in numerous consultations, project workshops and other forms of training. At the institution, he performs legal tasks related to the work and development of the University, the legal compliance of general and individual acts of the University, quality system assurance and the legal work of the University's professional services. As an assistant director, he participates in the work of the University's bodies, and from 2022 he is a member of the University's Board of Directors.
