ENROLMENT - EXCHANGE PROGRAMMES

You can apply to the University Apeiron Banja Luka as an exchange student if there is a valid student exchange agreement between your home university and the University Apeiron Banja Luka and you have been nominated by your home university.
Whether you are applying through program that is funded from European Union or some other international institution, or coming on your own expenses, you must be officially nominated by your home institution.

The documents that should be submitted by exchange students:

  1. CV 
  2. Transcript of Records 
  3. Proof of Registration at the Home Institution 
  4. Copy of Passport 
  5. Learning Agreement 
  6. Motivation Letter 
  7. Language Certificate (Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian or English)

All the documents need to be in English. 

duration Duration

Applying through mobility programs such as Erasmus+, students can apply for the period of 1-2 semesters. Duration is usually determined in the mobility program public call.

Important dates for incoming students:
Winter semester (October – February)
Summer semester (March – July)

returningWhen returning home

Before returning home you need to have the following documents:
Confirmation of departure – issued by University Apeiron with the respective mobility dates proving that the student completed the mobility program. It’s given to the student the day before leaving from University Apeiron;
Transcript of records / Grade Certificate – issued by University Apeiron with the marks obtained which will formalize the academic recognition at the home institution. Every student is entitled to an official Transcript of Records after having completed his studies in University Apeiron. The Transcript of Records will be send directly to the International Office of the sending institution;
Final report (provided for the effect) – must be filled before the student returns their home country and signed by departmental and institutional host coordinator.
