SLOVAK LITERACY DAYS 2022

We marked the Days of Slovenian Literacy with the Tambov Technical State University

Students and teachers of the Faculty of Philological Sciences of "Apeiron" University with colleagues from Tambov Technical State University (Tambov, Russia) celebrated the Days of Slavic Literacy on May 24. Through the zoom platform, from Tambov we could see part of Russian customs, the way of dressing of the old Slavs, while the student ensemble sang old Russian songs. Larisa Čović, professor of the Faculty of Philological Sciences, presented her first and second cycle students, as well as doctoral students, who spoke about why they chose to study the Russian language. Academician prof. Dr. Branimir Čović gave a lecture on old Serbian and Russian monuments of literacy: Miroslav's Gospel, Sava's Book, Vuk's Gospel, Ostromir's Gospel. Traditionally, every year the teachers of the Faculty of Philological Sciences celebrate the Days of Slavic Literacy with their students.
